Without Dark You Cannot Have Light

So with Taj gone this morning, I just did some weird randomness. I updated my lair on DragonAdopters that can be found here





And then I went on a random adopting spree at the most common sites I see -everyone- adopting from lol. The first site is just cute little things does nothing other than be cute




BUT this other site Unicreatures.com is different. Its a Pokemon type knockoff. It has combat, PVP, wilderness combat, egg hunting/finding, evolutions, feeding/caring/gifting for your creatures. It has separate training of your trainer (you), stores, items, and many other things I really know nothing about yet. But I did pick up these cute little guys.




So yea, weirdness but I felt like looking at cute things and being random. Ahh well.

Yay! River has grown to level 30 thanks in part to all the help of my friends! And guess what? Now we've adopted a little western dragon egg, please please visit the little egg and help it hatch and grow. I spent all morning making level 10 jewelry until I had perfect of every slot for the little western lol... also bought the little one some very cool backgrounds! Soooo here they are

I found this new site... dragonadopters.com Its pretty amazing. Unlike dragon cave this is more a true game. The critters have stats, and items, and equipped items.. its pretty neat. The art is beautiful... each little dragon page has a piece of art to go with the dragon itself here is a link to someone's dragon, it like mine is a dino...

Sooo my original babies have hatched and grown up, they've grown up into a Skywing, a Red, a Vine, and a Purple and I've not gone 3 more new eggs... I *think* they will grow up to be a Gray, a Two-headed, and a Guardian.. I also was able to breed my red to my vine ended up with a baby of each. Taj adopted the red baby and the green baby went out to be adopted by a stranger! Anyway, don't forget to visit my 3 new eggs and help them hatch!




Soooo all of a sudden my image isn't showing up with my scroll on it... the link is functioning, the code is correct but the image isn't showing, what the fuck? Suggestions anyone?

I know there are a few of you watching my dragon eggs soooo you may noticed everyone is covered in fog. I've "hidden" my dragons for a bout a day because they have hatched! Unfortunately when they hatched they were not feeling well due to being so popular Soooo I have hidden them for about a day. They are currently cured but for their own sake I'm not going to unhide them until tonight sometime, then you all can see my adorable little hatchlings!

Murmur did come back up last night, yay! We ran heroic utgarde pinnacle.. unfortunately it bugged out and the 3rd boss fell off the keep down to the hillside below and we were totally boned :( Damn its hard healing when everyone is in pure pvp gear, including the tank. ouch! Of course its also difficult when you've never healed before, picking up a healer (especially a class you've not played) at 80... with everyone in pvp gear AND diving into heroics!

And for those of you who don't know yet the majority of PVP gear is no longer epic its blue quality so we struggled quite a bit lol. Anyway its quite fun.. and Ryan bring Jason and come play with us!

So I'm on step one of opening my own store in Dreamscape.. I spent all night sorting out room #1 of 3 in my storage turf.. went through probably 200 items or more? Pulled out all the things I'm keeping for me, pulled out all the things for the store, pulled out all the things for Taj, and pulled out all the things for my dressing room. So room #1 is completely sorted out and finished.. I unpacked the dressing room items but have not unpacked all of the store items and none of the "me" items. God grief this is a huge undertaking.. if you're one of the DS crew don't forget to poke me about my store when its open! Oh and don't forget to visit my dragons!

Dragons! I stumbled on THE coolest little game... Dragon Cave. Its like one of those old time virtual website pets on steroids. I remember many years ago when "adopting" a little pixel for your webpage was the huge rage... people had hundreds and hundreds... Well this little Dragon Cave game takes it up many notches. The graphics are great quality, they have active forums, and the virtual pets are not just snaggable graphics. You adopt eggs, of which there are many many many different types. It is sort of a race to get them. They only release a few eggs an hour, when I was visiting there were 300 people refreshing the page in search of eggs. You also can adopt other people's abandoned eggs and hatchlings. The kicker is your egg has 7 days to hatch or it dies. The egg hatches through a complex formula of unique page views, non-unique page views, clicks, time and more.

If you manage to successfully hatch your egg you keep caring for it as it grows up and matures.. once mature you can breed them as well. There were over 600 people logged into the site when I was on earlier, I was impressed. The forums are active and the site is under constant upgrading with new features and updates being patched in constantly. You can abandon eggs or hatchlings, or you can even attempt to kill them... It really is quite impressive for a little click virtual pet game. So I've decided it would be fun to get involved... these are my little eggs, and I would loooove if yall clicked them each day or so to help them hatch so they don't die or get a disease!
